This policy explains what Deercrew LLC (“deercrew”, “we”) collects through deercrew.ai and when you email us.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the messages you send us. It doesn’t cover data we process for the businesses we work for: our agreements with those businesses govern that data. If you are a customer of one of them, please contact that business.
2. What we collect
This website has no accounts, and it uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site. The fonts are served from this site. If you fill in the Book a call form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your company and team size. The form reaches us as an email sent through Cloudflare, and our email runs on Google Workspace. We don’t track visitors over time or across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
3. How we use and share it
We use this information to run and protect the site, to reply to you and to work with you. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that host the site and our email, when the law requires it, or with a buyer of our business, who must handle it as this policy describes. Our providers may process it in the United States and in other countries.
4. How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep emails while we are talking or working together, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records or the law requires. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@deercrew.ai. Local law may give you other rights; we will honor them, and we reply within 30 days.
5. Children, changes and contact
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children; we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions: hello@deercrew.ai. See also our Terms of Use.
