These terms apply to your use of deercrew.ai. By using the site, you agree to them. Our services are provided under a separate written agreement with each customer; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
1. What the site is
The site describes deercrew and our services. It is information, not an offer: what we provide, at what price and on what terms is set out in a written agreement. Screenshots and examples use sample data, or real product screens with names and identifying details changed.
2. Using the site
Don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms other people or interferes with the site, such as trying to get into systems you aren’t allowed to access, sending malicious code, or scraping that puts a heavy load on it. The deercrew name and logo, and the text, images and design of this site, belong to Deercrew LLC. You may link to the site and quote short parts with credit; anything else needs our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. Sites we link to are run by others, and we aren’t responsible for them.
3. No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
4. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Deercrew LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
6. Changes and contact
